Merchandise exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase delivery. All items must be returned unworn and with original packaging.
ALL SALE items are not returnable or exchangeable and are FINAL SALE. Merchandise is inspected for defects and damages, however in case products are defective or not in desired condition, Loghman Jewelers must be informed via email within 48 hours of shipment arrival.
Damaged goods due to negligence on the recipient's behalf will not be accepted for refunds. Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise will NOT be refunded by Loghman Jewelers.
Exchanges are subject to shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable and although we would like to, we do not pay for the return shipment of merchandise.
All domestic orders ship USPS priority mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for Loghman Jewelers to process and ship orders. In case an item is sold out and is backordered, you will be informed of the shipping delay.
Make sure your shipping information is correct, as we are NOT responsible for shipping addresses that are inputted incorrectly.
Once orders are processed, customers will receive an email from USPS confirming the shipment and tracking number.
Loghman Jewelers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
